What is Coaching:

Coaching is a relationship between two people where the coach points out specific actions that are being engendered and how to correct those actions/modes/ways of being that don’t provide the desired results.

The benefits of having a coach are numerous but include, feeling supported, getting the results that we seek more rapidly than we thought possible, avoiding grievous errors, and knowing that someone else has our success at heart.

The Coached must be willing to have their actions questioned and be willing to change fixed habits so that they can become successful in their desired activity.
